Habitat: On old basidiomes of Scleroderma citrinum. Notes: Occasional but widespread, possibly most frequent in southern and south-eastern England. Apparently not parasitic on Scleroderma but mutualistic, with interwoven mycelia and an exchange of nutrients fide R. Watling (pers. comm.). Ref: BC
