Wont cover all UK species, but then it is an 'of Surrey' book!
Sorry I've messed up the description, which is what I should have written here. But its a nice book with brief summaries of habitat preferences of each species and a nice introduction to beetle sand water bugs. Some good usable photos too, with the few species I familiar with very recognisable from them.
