DK-5MP Infrared Wildlife Camera DVR with Motion Sensor - 8.0MP - Description:
Are you aware of all the goings on in your back garden? Uncover a hidden world of wildlife activity with this smart but easy to use infrared motion-sensing wildlife camera that automatically starts recording video or taking digital stills (8 Megapixels) when it detects motion.
Whether it is capturing wildlife activity (monitoring/hunting/trail/scouting/deer), fly-tipping or vandalism, this trail camera is exactly what you need to record all the action.
Flyonthewall customer Thelma Williams finds using her wildlife camera thrilling, 'I can sleep at night now and not miss anything!' She had suspected a badger of visiting her garden and so put out a bowl of food the first night of using her new camera and the following day she was able to review the digitally-captured footage which revealed not just one badger, but a party of rather social badgers gratefully tucking into the food provided.
The camera utilises infrared technology which means you will capture great footage at anytime of the day or night as well as it being supplied in a sturdy weatherproof and camouflaged box.
Record full colour video footage or 8 Megapixel photographs produced by the Wildlife Camera onto a SD card (not included) and then review the captured images on your TV (using the supplied AV lead) or an a PC (using the supplied USB cable).
The built-in rechargeable battery can last (dependent upon activity) up to 2 weeks off a full charge and a battery indicator on the internal LCD panel that will let you know when the battery is running low.

Each weather-resistant trail camera takes colour images during the day and B & W picture at night. Its 54 built-in infrared LEDs, which together provide a 25m viewing range, automatically turn on in low light conditions.

Strengths:
Easy to use, cheap, fun!
Weaknesses:
I'm not too technical (I even got my email address wrong when signing up to this site!) but found this camera a delight to use! At £150 it seems like it's great value for money for what you get. It has a camouflaged case so fits quite discreetly in the garden. It has a long battery life and plenty of memory so you can leave it for ages before checking all the goings on in the garden. Overall, really easy to use and good value for money.
