A very good book for anyone interested in badgers , it tells of the lives of a group of badgers and also of one very brave lady's fight to protect them from lampers and baiters. this book is a very good read and should be an inspiration to us all. although out of print you can get it from second hand sellers for around a fiver

Moments of joy and sublime tenderness counter balance the moments of unutterable cruelty. An unsung hero on the wildlife scene, Chris Ferris, to me is what wildlife champions REALLY are.
