Strengths:
Light , extremely long battery charge, 6MP
Weaknesses:
close focus mode can be iffy
This is my walking arround camera that goes virtually everywhere with me, Only roughly the same size and weight as a pack of cards It lives in a pouch on my belt and stands up brilliantly to the rigours of outdoor life.
Fuji say it take 1600 pics on a single charge , and while i cannot confirm whether this is true it certainly stays charged for a very long time - I have had it since april and have only charged the battery four times !
It takes a great photo and has a nice crisp 6Mp output with very low noise , the AF works great for landscapes but is not as reliable close up
apart from that the only possible downside is that it has no viewfinder meaning you have to use the LCD , but the LCD is huge , bright, and clear and the high endurance batts mean the battery life doesnt suffer from lCD use
It has been replaced by the F11 now (which I hear is equally good) but F10s are still available at very competitive prices
I would say that if you want a back up camera for your SLR or one to keep in the glove box or pocket then this is the one for you

Strengths:
light weight, good battery life, good picture quality, good video mode
Weaknesses:
lack of optical viewfinder,
I bought one of these following Eeyore's review as a replacement for myf700, whilst it has had little use what use I have had has left me very impressed the 1600ISO delivers nice clear indoor shots without use of the flash, and a test of the macro function shows it to be reliable and certainly at least as capable as my F700 was. I paid £149.99 for mine. Certainly worth considering as a light weight pocketable camera when you are not able to lug the SLR about and also well worth considering as a main camera if you have a restricted budget. Or perhaps prefer film for your more serious shots. The camera also comes with fuji's fantastic 640x480 near digital quality video mode complete with mono sound although to have a worthwhile video recording time you will need a memery card of at least 512 meg capacity.
I would definately recomend this camera
