Strengths:
Several pictorial images for each species with short, clear descriptions.
Weaknesses:
Just a bit too big for the pocket.
Excellent book which provides a clear, concise and quick identification of around 320 of the most commonly seen birds in the UK and Europe. Images include in flight shots of all birds and in most cases the plumage of males and females.
Certainly worth consideration!
