A small cream coloured fungus with repeatedly branching, coral like; found growing either solitary or in small troops on soil in grass with or close to coniferous trees. 

Distribution: 

Infrequent from late Summer till Autumn.

Habitat: 

Coniferous woodland in grass.

Cap: 

The fruitbody is cream or ivory-white, repeatedly and loosely branching, fragile, bluntly forked tips, branches arising from a slender stem.

Flesh: 

Ealstic and white.

Stem: 

Slim, minutely downy at the base.
