Possibly a common blue male either immature or cold as the colouring clearly isn't the recognised level of blue!! The 'tail' segment directly after the thorax has a little dot joined to the next segment with a thin line - this is what leads me to suspect it's identity....

Just had a look through the images on arkive.org and it is a dead ringer for a picture of a female common blue.
Just need to get it edited now.....

It's a male Common Blue! They are this colour when immature. The pale straw colour will eventually turn blue. The female doesn't have the different colours on the abdomen, with only a thin line between the sections, and also doesn't have the two (eventual!) blue sections on S8-9.
