Great record shot Pauline, the colour in this is absoloutely spot on. - I just couldn't get the colour to come out right on my shots of one of these. - Despite trying every white balance setting on the camera, and no matter what I tried in PSP.

I didn't have to try - the camera recorded this with no bother - don't ask me why - cos its the same shade as bluebells and it struggles with them!

But - it has been changed back again from Calocybe ionides to Rugosomyces ionides on the Basidiomycota checklist Update 2011.

(See the Rugosomyces section on page 13 of the May 2011 update).

Now that is hilarious and doesn't it just show what a load of tosh keep changing the names is .... its still hilarious that I have the right name at the right time for something tho - goodness I am current and with it (when I thought I was past it and very much without it ..........) what a lot of googlies it all is!!
