Thanks guys - he was about 3 to 4 yards off and very obliging - the second bird that came was much 'windier'!

Thanks Toby - all winter I've tried at different times to get jay and they've been elusive to non-existant then you go one day and the dratted thing just kept coming - I couldn't keep up with the visits - but I did get a few at last!!
