really pleased to see you back Graham. These are two top notch photos of a grebe I don't think I've seen before. Very good detail and I (for some strange reason) always like to see the water droplets on the bird's back.

Thanks Fergus. It's good to be back.

As for the Grebe, I couldn't believe my luck. We went to Potteric Carr near Doncaster, had a pretty poor day for sights, then we went into a brand new hide, only ones there, when around the corner came this little chap! He came closer and closer, until he was no more than 10ft away from us. The detail I got on some close up shots are amazing.
