Fourwings Commander of the Wild Empire Registered: September 2005 Location: Leicestershire Posts: 4,438	There are over 200 species of Solitary bees in the UK, so all ideas on the precise ID of this tiny little bee would be welcome, its total length was no more than 8 - 10 mm.

Looking at these, I'm tempted to buy an S7000, just to use as a quick and easy carry around camera..the macro ability never ceases to impress.

Andrena sp, possibly a male fulva, but it could be quite a few other species too.
