Thanks Ron, I must do a post about that poor bird when I have the time (got to load some more photos) - we found it on the beach, tangled up in a section of a trawler's net - and I sent my husband all the way back home for a blanket, thick gloves, knife etc so we could try and save it. They are strong birds and don't usually welcome any assistance but this one was very calm and just let us get on with it
