A very early female Broad-bodied Chaser (Libellula depressa). Must be the city warmth that has allowed it to be early this year.

Blimey, now that's early, as henrya correctly said the warmer micro-climate created within the city has caused early emergence, these normally appear from mid to late May, this is a really early record, even for this species.

I only know of one earlier record - 27 March 1988 in Somerset.
