This is Peltigera praetextata.
The colour scheme is rather typical, so long as it is just at the right state of dryness/dampness, but more importantly and diagnostically, the older lobes can be seen to be isidiate (towards the botton of the photograph). In other words there are minute outgrowths from the 'skin' of the lobes, forming fuzzy patches.
It is the only British Peltigera to have true isidia, though there is one that is 'sorediate' and one (a rare arctic-alpine) that is 'schizidiate'.
