Another superb shot, I like the space the snake has around it - a good composition really. Deserving of superlatives like the grass snake shot, well done!

Thanks alot Matt,
It wasn't easy getting this close in situ. I had to edge forward inches at a time on my belly . A few times the adder looked like it would take off so I would freeze and he'd settle again. Later in the year as the weather warms up getting this close will be alot harder LOL!
