What a great capyure, I have been trying to get a photograph of a Bullfinch for weeks now, hes in my garden but when I get my camera hes gone every time.....

Thanks Jamiepoc - they are very predictable at the bird table at our caravan site - prob cos there isn't a lot of food around anywhere else so we can almost rely on them constantly visiting - getting them to pose is another matter - they do like to land straight on the food rather than on the carefully positioned stick!

I spent most of last Sunday being given the runaround by these with no success. And your making do with them....... .

Thanks Roger Dave and Ian - yes I'm sorry - but you know how it is - you're knee deep in something when what you really want is a ........... insert your own word/name - its just human nature - I'd like a kingfisher but I know I won't be getting one anytime soon - doesn't stop me wanting one!!!!
