This is Candelaria concolor - it can be seen to be minutely foliose, whereas Candelariella reflexa is entirely granular.

The two can grow together, with C. concolor forming a brighter and more photogenic zone immediately above C. reflexa at the base of a trunk. So maybe both were there, but the photograph is C. concolor.
