Sparrowhawk - Accipiter nisus

I had been sitting home miserable as can be with the rain, then the black clouds making it impossible to go out. All of a sudden the sun came out briefly and I decided to go into the garden. As I went to go through the door what should I see but this cracker of a male Sparrowhawk sitting just above my feeders. Now that's timing.

Great shots John, I would love to get that close to one.

Rob. It's not whats in the feeders but what is feeding on them that the hawk is after.
