Thanks very much for posting this I saw some of these twirling around each other and wondered what they were , Longhorn moth eh ?

Quite hard to know what do with both antenae from a depth of field point of view

Thanks for the comments. This pic is the best from about 40 tries. There were about a dozen of them on a patch of brambles, with the males doing their display flight, just like the books say.

Depth of field was indeed a headache, but I was lucky with the light on the far antenna, which at least showed it up.

I'm going to have to visit these little characters again...
