It always pleases me to see the detail in some of these moths - even the best photos don't just capture enough - all that light and colour and shimmer - they are amazing and you wonder (well I do!) why something that is essentially 'bat food' should be so intricate! Camouflage I suppose but of all insects I think they are amazing. . .
