Thanks for the comments, much appreciated - the roe deer around here seem to be fairly habituated to people and you can often get close - the hail just down to luck.

From a new member on this site, just so many good photographs of such quality. Never seen a Roe Deer in the wild..just two great photographs.

Thanks Martin - your hare was pretty d**n good too - Roe Deer are pretty common and fairly tame up where I live the hares much more wary.
