that must have been a difficult shot - am I right in thinking it's ringed - that would have been delicate work.

I dont think it is ringed, I have another shot that shows the leg a bit clearer and there is no sign of a ring.

Well caught, these are very difficult little birds to capture as they are continously on the move. Took one myself today but nowhere near as good as this. Well done
