Not the best of pictures, but it shows a juvenile Long Tailed Tit with it's tail missing. It flies perfectly OK.

I've no idea, it was flying perfectly well with its brothers and sisters and looked healthy enough without it.

This one had definitely lost it's tail. I saw it fly away, tailless!
