The decision to go helleborine hunting was taken for Weds local run out for myself, Joan and Mike. I've never been on Hutton Roof, I've been 'next door' on Farleton Fell and below in Launcelot Clark Storth - so this was welcome new territory. Shame about the weather (pouring down and thick mist) which miraculously lifted to sunshine when we eventually got back to the car - soaked and subdued!
