This was only around 1cm tall. It looks like a young Hygrocybe (Waxcap) but I'm not sure which one

The best is can do is say it's possibly H. cantharellus as I did find a small group a few days later and one of the young ones looked just the same. I suspect though that it could equally be H. mininata or H. helobia as well.
