Yep, I agree, great as a B&W!

It is striking with the old and modern architecture looks almost like a poster design, it really jumped out when i saw the thumbnail..

Thank you both Lee and Lisa, yep the lines of dark and light work well and I did make sure the seagull was left in, modern and old work well Lisa especially if the lighting is in your favour.
