Last day on the Island and taken midday and just before the sea mist came in and the light and fog horn went on. Drove to the Nothe Fort (Weymouth) after this and it was in glorious sunshine, just one of the many things I loved about living on the Portland was the changing atmospherics.

I agree, Portland has so many moods. Also a great birding area although I dont have a lot of luck when I go.
