Umm.........haven't got a clue about the subject matter, but what a nice image Mike, well done.

(I walk round looking down and never see owt like this, in fact I don't see anything really? Must be an art to it I reckon, forget the identification, I can't even find the stuff!) I'm more than happy to appreciate you guys' images on here, keep up the good work, you Fun-guy specialists

Lee, If you have any woodlands in your area, there are bound to be a good number of fungi to be found - certainly you should be able to find plenty from say July through October.

But be warned - once you start finding and photographing them it becomes a bit of an obsession.
