This appears to be Cladonia polydactyla - cup-forming and grey-sorediate.



Always difficult to get a stacked image with Cladonia - usually some hygroscopic movement giving halo effects. It has worked well here!

Very nice work indeed!

I saw a red-tipped Cladonia up on The Cairnwell in the Cairngorms but I was stalking ptarmigan at the time. I meant to go back for it but ran out of time.
