FOR SALE

It has stunning sea views, contemporary poetry written on its stone walls and a domed, balconied roof which would be ideal for star-lovers.

Swansea Marina’s five-storey observatory has been put on the market by owners Swansea council after being left empty for more than two years.

No price has been placed on the seafront observatory but interested parties have been asked to submit their proposals and financial offers for the building, which has been empty for two years, by the end of March. A council spokesman said: “It was built in 1988 and includes a domed roof and an access tower that houses a spiral staircase with balconies linking the structures at each upper level.

Any takers???
