Love these fungi, it was one of the very first I ever found and photographed, this is a delightful image showing all stages of growth of the fungi in one photo.

One of my favs too...but I didn't go looking for this one, it found me and it's amazing it survived because I was standing on it!...taking a shot of Oyster mushrooms at the time.........
