The cups are well-formed and the pycnidia (little dots) on the cup margins appear to be brown. This is Cladonia chlorophaea, not C. polydactyla as currently named.

Still a good pic even if it was the wrong name, but these little things are very hard sometimes to give them the right name. Thank heavens for help on here or we learners would never know anything.
