Fantastic! Their legs always amaze me - they must be able to climb almost anything with 'grappling irons' like those!

I was lucky to spot this wee beasty on the path! I'm a new member and have so much to learn, your photo gallery is incredible...how lucky to have such a wonderful collection. I'm having fun trying to put my own gallery together...and learning loads from my mistakes. Jean

Thank you Dennis for your very kind comments, I'm enjoying the photographic journey...although I'm miles behind you experts! Taken a photo of my first moth today, I think it's a Square spot Rustic...a beauty.
