The ultimate branches seem to be filiform, and while we need a somewhat closer view, I am pretty sure this is an Usnea species, not Ramalina farinacea.
Usnea species are highly critical, needing attention to minute details and can rarely be identified from photographs. Probably this is U. subfloridana, generally the most common species, but others are quite likely to be in Knapdale.
