A very small, yellow saucer shaped fungus found densely clustered on the dead wood of deciduous trees.
Bright yellow but ageing to orange-yellow, smooth, saucer-shaped, sessile.
Pallid flesh.
Asci is narrowly cylindrical or clavate.
Absent.
Common throughout the year.
Deciduous woodland od dead wood.
