| | | Osprey Hide in the making Hi All,
After watching many Osprey's diving and taking trout of my small Loch i thought it about time to make a new hide at water level,
So far the winter has been mild and the digging not so bad, got tonnes to move yet, but it should be perfect in a month or so, then hopefully i will get some great shots in the early morning.
Thanks Gordon. |

| | | Re: Osprey Hide in the making Hi PMG,
Send me a PM of when you will be here.
I will have the hide done before March, got to as the first male birds will be arriving, i have also put in a perch that is at eye level from my other hide, a young un-ringed make was sitting on the Perch most mornings last summer.
Hope he makes it back ok.
Sunday morning.............. digging.
Thanks Gordon. |

What a great idea; Is there any danger it is going to fill up with water! |

| | | Re: Osprey Hide in the making Looks great! I remember how much work it was digging out the foundations for an outbuilding at my last house so I don't envy you the toil. It'll all be worth it when you're getting those fabulous shots though. I'm looking forward to seeing them!
