In Amazon 'Books' search for 'Photoshop Elements 5' to see the books available.

| | | Re: Elements 5 Hi Nightshade
The two that I use are Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 - A visual introduction (Focal Press - Philip Andrews - ISBN-10: 0-240-52049-1) which I use to catch up with the new features. The second book is Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 - For Digital Photographers (Same publisher and Author - ISBN13: 978-0-240-52057-5). I would recommed both and they can be purchased for about £20 each or less.
Hope that this helps

| | | Re: Elements 5 It is worth trying the libraries in your area so that you can view the books before hand and see which you like best. Most libraries now have online facilities so that you can search their stock and find which local library has the books you might be interested in. Doing it this way can save you buying books that you might not find useful.

| | | Re: Elements 5 Hi, I'm in a similar position in that I am looking for a good, easy to read book on Photoshop CS2 but in the meantime I learn through the internet where there are thousands of tips and tutorials on Photoshop and Elements.
