| | | Photos requests to WAB Hi all,
I've sent some private messaages to a few of you asking if I can use certian photos for my work conservation Website, but have only had one reply. The messages were to the following:
mjsayles
RCU2
Fourwings
Ukwildlifeo
The Woodman
Dean Eades
Graham
Brucie
They were for photos for badger, brown long-eared bat, common lizard, male palmate newt, serotine and pipistrelle bats, slow worm and spotted flycatcher.
Please can you check your messages box for me? This is really urgent now as I have to get the Website finished soon!
Many thanks all.

| | | Re: Photos requests to WAB Hi Alex,
its possible some contributors have lapsed on WAB, but if you have PM'd them, it will come through on their e-mail, but might ignore, which is sad.
Try some second choices?
Hope this helps, you must be frustrated..........
Cheers
Ken

| | | Re: Photos requests to WAB Hi,
Not sure who responded about which pictures but I have a few badger images in my Gallery here. Tobyh Gallery - Wildlife Photography
Let me know if any are of use. If it's for conservation / education then I'm happy to help out.

Thanks guys. And TobyH, I would love to use the photo of the badger half with his back to us sniffing the ground. I haven't figured out how to post pics yet! How would you like to be credited? And yes, it's for a conservation Webpage at my place of work.
I actually managed by chance to find a reply from someone in My Photos - My Favourites, but I can't seem to find a way to the site directly! Nor can I find my outgoing PM's to keep track. I have dyspraxia so if things aren't logical and are all over the place I get lost. This is a weird Website!

I did pick up your message and replied to it in the affirmative, however, on checking now, I find your request and my reply missing from received and sent items.
p.s. In my reply I asked about your website. |

| | | Re: Photos requests to WAB My apologies, Valkyrie.
Your request was in fact in the Gallery, under your requested image in my Gallery, not as a PM.
I suspect the others haven't replied because they haven't checked into their Gallery images.
You might want to send them a PM instead / as well.
Thanks for letting me know where they are going, if it's the one on the Northumberland / Cumbrian / Scotland border please get in touch again. |

Only use images when permissions have been granted

| | | Re: Photos requests to WAB Hi Alex,
Boddies right.
As you know, you have my permision for the Palmate Newt, but if you contacted everyone, like you did me, by message/comment on their Gallery shot, not all will have noticed - you need to send a PM, ie private message to ask permission.
Hope this helps, you sound a little confused!!
Just ask if you are, we will help if we can.
Cheers
Ken

I've sent you a pm. I'd liketo see how your work turns out please. Could you remember to pop back and either PM a link when it's done or post one here?
Thanks
