Just a quick note, I certainly did not receive a PM. I did reply on your original thread and gave you permission to use any you like. No further request required, unless you need a higher quality version of any shots. Then it's simply to let me know where you'd like me to send it, with an idea of the size of image you'd like. (Subject to how cropped the one loaded here was.)

Your request was in fact in the Gallery, under your requested image in my Gallery, not as a PM.

I suspect the others haven't replied because they haven't checked into their Gallery images.

You might want to send them a PM instead / as well.

Thanks John. I might be looking in the wrong place but there's no obvious info relating to where you took the pic. It's the one of the bat clinging to concrete/stone - horizontal position.

I certainly will heed your advice re getting permission! I wouldn't have been confortable crediting the pic without permission anyway. Just getting desorarte for pics. But you're all being very helpful.

Yes, I have been confused Ken! In all the forums I go on, if you click a person's username it will take you to their profile where you can choose to send a PM. There are no other message areas. So that's what I was expecting. I didn't know there were Gallery messages and PMs! I have now figured out how to send a PM: either via the Members icon or, if I can see a post from this person on a thread, I can go via their username there. It's just what I've been used to.

As I have dyspraxia I loose where I am easily and forget where I've been. I need things simple!

Darn, I can't edit on my old version of IE at work as the facility's not supported! I can't correct my spelling mistakes. In the post to Ken I meant to say 'Just getting DESPERATE for pics' !
