Another great early morning on Friday 14th, with a cold night producing a low lying mist that the rising sun quickly burnt away giving some wonderful golden light.
Trying to get a different photo, I spent a while getting this stag lined up nicely below the rising sun. In an ideal world he would be bellowing, but it was a bit quieter than usual that morning. 
Saturday was also a great morning light-wise, and the stags were very noisy, but I have yet to look at the many photos I took.

Stephen,
I really like that, quite an ethereal feel to it. I'd certainly be happy If I had taken it.
Makes me wish we had somwehere similar near me.
