Hi Veldranian
I've had a a look at Rays Farm website,
Rays Farm County Matters | Farm Visitor Attraction, Bridgnorth Shropshire, England as I'm not aware of this facility.
The only reference of Red Deer is in the photos of "Farm Animals" where a splendid stag (Royal I think) is shown lying on grass.
If you fancy it, try it. WABbers have given you some help with your other questions on different subjects including deer, at Attingham for instance, Rays Farm might give you the opportunity to get started with observing and photographing deer. Have a day out at Rays Farm and get some practice with that camera on different species.
There's nothing like seeing deer in natural scenery, is Mortimer Forest near you? There is a dark (menil) strain of Fallow Deer there that are attractive and challenging to find.
If you can get to Rays Farm, give it a go, if you don't see deer or otter you might spot the animal on the far right of the compilation on the home page!
Good luck, Veldranian.
