| | | Dogs and Landscape don't really mix After I'd managed to sweet talk the tourists out of the way, lay in the wet grass, messing around with filters, beanbags and waited for the right light and cloud conditions, set the timer up (I'd forgotten my cable release), I'd gingerly backed off waiting for the shutter to fire..................when Jess decided that she had waited more than enough time for me to give her some attention.
Not the picture of the professional photographer I like to portray, waving, whistling and shouting at the dog to move out of the way, whilst she just stared me down. Gave all the holiday makers a laugh at my expense.
I should've learnt really as last time, It was Tenby beach, just about to take a photo as the dog decided to cover me and my camera in sand, whilst digging under some driftwood she'd just found so she could pick it up.
Hope you don't mind but I thought I'd share this little gem (?) of a photo with you all.
Five and half thousand year old monument, four and a half year old Jack Russell......

| | | Re: Dogs and Landscape don't really mix We don't get enough pictures of dogs so well done. Good looking dog, too. Well muscled, good conformation. The old rocks aren't so bad. |
