| | | photography on private land Just down the road from me there is a field with signs erected saying private property trespassers will be prosecuted. However I regularly see kids in the field mountain biking etc.
Ive also noticed this field is abundant in wildlife, have regularly seen rabbits, pheasants, buzzards and the animal I really want to photograph foxes with cubs.
I don't no who owns this field and there are no houses near by and it isn't rented by the farmer who has the field next door. My question is would you guys risk it for a photograph? |

I wouldn't think twice as long as I could access the land without causing any damage to fencing etc.

cheers.

Stu. | I am rather with Stu on this point, but
As I understand the law, and my information comes from motorhome fora, trespass is a civil matter and must have a formal warning first. Then, when they get to court they can only do you for the damage done.
As a lad there was a very attractive wood locally, that alternated its 'Trespassers will be prosecuted' signs, with 'Warning - adders'. Guess which worked - even in the winter - as I didn't understand hibernation then | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
