(cards reported to be made by Toshiba) | I must admit I saw this. I regularly buy from 7 day shop and have never had a problem with their gear. I bought a very cheap (Unbranded) 2GB before I went to Turkey and it is still going strong.

I also got that e-mail from 7 day shop. The 4GB cards are tempting, but there is a 'too many eggs in one basket' argument. If that card fails you could lose an awful lot of images. I think I'll stick to 2gb cards for now.

Matt | I have to agree with Matt on this one. I wanted 4Gb before I went to Spain but bought two GB's for that very reason.

2Gb is more than enough. It will hold about 200 raw eggs lol More than enough for any omelette. I only buy and use genuine SanDisc Ultra Extreme II or III. I do have a slight advantage because the 1D MkII N takes a CF and SD card so I can have 4GB in the camera and still only use 2Gb cards  | | |
