welcome to WAB. You could try making one ,that would keeping the price down.
You can try looking on ebay,they do keep appearing.I've bought a couple off there for under £50 ( a fensman and an ameristep doghouse).
I can't think of any new ones at under £100 , the Jamie Wood Fensman may be.Try a search for Jamie Wood.

It's shaped so you can look out through the viewing slit or through your lens via a velcro fastened slit.
