These were what I photographed on friday when I also got the Treecreeper.
I was trying to basically just fine tune some settings on the D200 and also see what it's capabilities were in lower light conditions as the weather on the day wasn't brill.

What a poser!! (The bird, not you  lol) When you see shots like this you can appreciate how a bird we see so often can be taken for granted but in actuality is a really dapper little thing. Like the last one best I think |

Thanks gme,i totally agree. I look and search for tricky species often not even seeing them, yet such as the great tit are very obliging and still very goid to look at.

Great capture again, For my prefernence I would have picked no.2. Just shows what differing tastes does for a shot!

Yes it's sometimes nice to have a couple of different shots so you can compare crops and poses, so glad you like mate
