All of Fuji's Finepix cameras are fully capable of producing very good images provided that they are used within the limits of thier specifications - which, for the money, are on a par with anything else out there.
Your camera will definitely produce some good results, but you may find yourself slightly limited by such things as having to use the "tele-wide" button for zooming, instead of a proper lens mounted zoom ring, which the more expensive bridge models and DSLR's have. - Not having a dedicated ring just makes things slightly more awkward to zoom to an exact framing composition.
Birds in flight for example, are never easy with any of the bridge cameras, due to shutter lag, low frame rate etc., but your model has the equivalent of a 420mm zoom, so should get you close to most subjects.
All things being equal, the camera you have chosen should be well worth the money, and provided that you take some time to get used to using it properly, you should get some very good photos out of it.
