What's in your bag ?

Hi All
Was sorting my Lowepro ruck sack out the other day and wondered what other people lug about !

I carry :
Camera and lens attached.
Tripod.
Lens cleaning kit.
Wireless remote
1.7 x Teleconvertor.
Leatherman Squirt.
Snacks.
Spare batteries.
Green bin bag.
Waterproof lens cover.
Indigestion tabs.
Hayfever tabs.
Cable ties.
Spare sd and cf cards.
Cash.
Compass and thermometer.
Thin Camo gloves.

I will add a flask or cold drinks etc depending on weather and type of day I expect i.e day sitting in a hide or wondering about.
