im looking for general info on photographing wildlife and landscapes, i have just bought a fuji finepix s5600 with my christmas money
any info you have will be appreciated
is there some software that i can download for free, all i want to do is crop, write my name in the corner and a few other simple things
im a regular poster over at BCUK so a few of you may know me from there

| | | Re: photography info Hi Leon you might also like to try Picasa which is free via Google or Irfanview another free one, just put in a search for Irfanview and you should come up with a few places to download from.

hopefully i will be taking my camera out tommorow to the river and in the woods, if i post some pics on here please could you give me some constructive critisism

leon | yes extensively so , but rather too complicated to explain here - I have pm'd you my phone number and email , if you send me your email i will send you the advice sheet i wrote on this , then you can ring me if you want to talk through it .
That also goes for anyone else who is interested.
I also highly recomend "photographing wildbirds" by Chris Gomersal which gives exccelent technique advice for a wide range of situations
Finally If you want to come along to a WAB meet I (and i'm sure others) would be happy to give you some practical advice etc in person
